A leading property development business is looking to hire a new Responsible Business Programme Manager. In this newly created role, reporting into the Head of Responsible Business, you will play a key role in supporting the business to develop and deliver their Responsible Business programme.
You will be an experienced sustainability professional with a broad environmental and social sustainability background, with data management, along with an exceptional project management approach, bringing in new ideas on measurement and management to ensure efficient delivery.
Ideally with a background from the construction or property development sectors. This role combines a broad knowledge on sustainability with program management and processes expertise.
Responsibilities
Create reporting and measurement requirements, producing reports and dashboards and working closely with the Business Units helping them to embed the systems into their business
Manage six steering committees, ensuring effective meetings management, reporting and tracking delivery; produce tracking scorecards on a monthly basis, and a quarterly report for ExCo
Create effective data management and collection systems, working closely with the IT team as part of macro IT systems management processes
Take responsibility for ensuring a wide range of sustainability data is collected to enable effective reporting to EPRA sBPR data, and the Annual Report, submissions to investor questionnaires, updating of ISS platform; Provide project management and support of projects as they develop eg TCFD project delivery
Oversee the collation and analysis of business data, ensuring systems are effective and supporting the BUs in their metrics
Requirements:
Degree / Masters in a relevant subject; sustainability, environment, economics etc
Exceptional program management experience, and ability to build effective working relationships
High degree of sustainability data, management experience, supported by exceptional IT skills; excel, dashboards, including annual reporting, sustainability reports and accounts
Process management and management systems experience would be an advantage
Creative thinker on data opportunities and business engagement
Excellent IT skills; excel, powerpoint
