Center for Active Design (CfAD) is the leading non-profit organization that uses design to foster healthy and engaged communities. Their certification system, Fitwel, is the world's leading evidence-based certification system committed to building health for all.

Because of enormous demand from the market to implement Fitwel, CfAD has announced that they created a brand-new business unity, Active Design Advisors, Inc., (Adai). Adai is the for-profit arm of the business. This team strives to promote and administer the Fitwel certification as it expands across key markets, as well as maintaining its best-in-class customer service.

An integral hire to this team is the Sales Analyst. This person will have the opportunity to oversee data both within the company and externally. Through collecting and examining data, you will create coherent content, intelligence reports, and then present your findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends

  • Communicate with management team regularly

  • Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity

  • Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources

  • Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success

  • Present actionable information and insights to team members and management

  • Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively

  • Collaborate with team members and members of other departments

  • Coordinate workflows across internal teams, including Research, Product, Technology, and Business Development

  • Keep abreast of industry trends as well as the latest communication and outreach tools

Qualifications:

  • Personal passion for helping to promote the healthy building movement

  • College degree in a related field preferred (finance, accounting, marketing BA, BS)

  • Minimum 2-7 years of work experience in a Sales or data-focused position

  • Relevant industry experience in proptech, urban planning, urban studies, public health, architecture, sustainability, or a related field is a plus

  • Fast learner, curious mind, earnest collaborator

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

  • Creative problem-solver, a self-starter with demonstrated good judgment, critical thinking, flexibility, and resourcefulness
