Advetec is a rapidly growing biotechnology business developing and providing innovative aerobic digestion solutions aimed at waste reduction in a range of industries including healthcare, retail, shopping centres, food industries and the waste management sector.

Advetec's unique, modular solutions help customers significantly reduce the quantity of waste requiring onward transportation, reducing the amount and cost of waste disposal at site level. Also reducing carbon emissions for clients.

Advetec has partnered with Acre to identify two Environmental Sales Managers to drive sales growth with active support from the leadership team.

As an Environmental Sales Manager you will:

  • Manage key account relationships with new and existing customers, identifying the right customer stakeholders, and building credibility quickly to drive success.

  • Develop trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders through an engaging, energetic, and influential management style.

  • Utilise industry and sector insight and networks to create new business opportunities.

  • Use your strong network to identify business prospects and evaluate their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.

  • Provide support, information, and guidance to clients - researching and recommending new opportunity and profit and service improvements.

As an Environmental Sales Manager you will have a background as a business development professional able to demonstrate delivery as part of a high pressured, results focused team.

You will also have:

  • A degree level qualification in engineering, biological or environmental related subjects.

  • Experience within waste management, environmental services, or a related industry.

  • A strong track record within sales/business development.

  • International sales experience (would be advantageous).

  • Excellent communication skills
