The Charging Equipment business unit is one of the most innovative and fastest-growing teams within the Group and as a Technical Sales Support for this division, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding the customers through the technicalities of the product, the installation and maintenance, while, providing the best customer experience and following the relevant QHSE procedures as described in AIM. Key Accountabilities:

  • Your background in electrical manufacturing together with your excellent communication skills will be a great asset, as you will play an important role in the product innovation and standardization for the specific country situation.

  • You will be the main responsible for the after-sales process, and you will provide an outstanding service and the accurate information and training regarding the installation, maintenance, and product specifications to the customers.

  • A high sense of collaboration is also key in this position, as you will support the Sales Managers in all the technicalities within the customer relationship from beginning to end.

  • You have a good sense of urgency, as you will spend part of your day going on-site, and when necessary, will provide maintenance and technical support in any issues related to the well-functioning of the stations.

About You:

  • You have 2+ years of technical working experience in the EV-Charging sector or within the electronic manufacturing/ production environment.

  • Higher professional education in a technical area, ideally, in Electrical Engineering, Energy, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Knowledge of and experience with computer systems, including MS Office, ERP system, and CRM systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments.

  • Fluent (written and verbal) in German and excellent English.

  • Valid EU driving license.
