Overview

Are you an ambitious and sustainability-driven sales professional looking to take the next step into a leading player in strategic climate consulting? Acre is working with Schneider Electric to strengthen their Sustainable Business (SB) team. SB is at the forefront of the development and delivery of strategic solutions to address climate action, sustainability consulting, data and resource management, renewable energy procurement and supply chain decarbonization.

Position

To further develop Schneider's client base in [Denmark / Scandinavia], they have a vacant role within their SB team to spearhead this engagement. The Senior Sustainability Business Development Manager will be a part of the International Sales Team, which is one of the fastest-growing, innovative and dynamic teams within the Schneider Electric Group.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Business development to generate business leads and develop opportunities within the [Denmark / Scandinavia] region, with a focus on large multinational organizations.

  • Understand customer needs in relation to Schneider's global services and software portfolio and leverage this awareness to articulate appropriate solutions that address the client's needs and enhance the customer's experience of Schneider.

  • Develop climate roadmaps towards NetZero, provide ESG and CSR(D) advisory services and drive supply chain decarbonization.

  • Become a key contributor to support our clients to understand and address the needs of the European market and develop a position that is marketing leading with the client on key topics.

  • Collaborate with multiple sales teams, delivery teams, and multinational marketing teams to execute and orchestrate customer solutions.

Who you are:

  • You have a track record in consultative selling, especially in CSR(D) and ESG.

  • Highly motivated and result-oriented in developing climate roadmaps, providing ESG advisory services and driving supply chain decarbonization.

  • You are able to both expand business with existing clients and generate business with new clients.

  • You are knowledgeable in the field of technical climate solutions or closely related subject areas.

  • You have excellent interpersonal & communication skills;

  • You are self-driven, honest, curious and highly motivated to succeed.

  • You are fluent in [Danish / Scandinavian Languages] (Mandatory) and English.
