Acre is working in partnership with one of the UK's leading sustainability services providers. The organisation has quickly risen to be one of the UK's leading boutique sustainability firms, resulting in the immediate requirement for a Senior Consultant within Renewable Energy to join the team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Consultant looking to take a step up. You will work with a range of national and international clients to deliver net zero strategies and enable zero carbon futures.
Responsibilities:
Leading our Renewable Energy strategy and sourcing offering, involving the development of a business plan, defining the services and how they will be delivered, and taking the offering to marrket
Managing our Green Energy procurement partnership with Open Energy Markets
Working with our Net Zero for corporates and Net Zero for buildings teams to implement renewable energy sourcing options, including PPA's, for our clients
Manage external Client Relationships with a key focus on quality and delivery

Experience:
Previous consultant/senior consultant experience within Energy & Renewables
Professional working knowledge of the global renewable energy market, the sourcing mechanisms and models available to global corporates (including EAC's and PPA's)
Technical knowledge relating to our strategy services (ESG disclosure, GHG calculation and reporting, sustainability strategy, science-based targets)
Preparing reports, presentations and papers on sustainability programmes
