Acre is delighted to be partnered with a global Commercial Real Estate advisory firm to appoint their new Senior ESG Manager.

​

Reporting into the Chief Strategy Officer and working closely with the Head of Energy and Sustainability this newly created senior position will play a key role in developing and leading their client-facing ESG strategy across the Commercial & Residential Transactions and Advisory business.

​

You will need to be a highly capable and inspirational individual who can affect positive change. Responsible for managing the development of their ESG messaging, service innovation and thought leadership, you will:

​

  • Drive ESG business engagement across all service lines.

  • Attend pitches to provide ESG thought leadership support.

  • Be client-facing and present their approach to ESG and the market impact ESG is having.

  • Engage with all fee-earning service lines and provide ESG support to their service delivery and client engagements.

  • Play an important role in developing their own ESG and Sustainability reporting and our Net Zero Strategy.

  • Have a market-leading network within ESG (for real assets), sustainable development, and responsible business practice.

The successful candidate should have a track record in delivering best in class ESG policy, strategy, governance, process, and reporting. You will also have strong commercial instincts and an understanding of revenue-generating opportunities. Your communication skills will be first class, you'll be a natural presenter and be confident in reporting to the leadership teams across the firm.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Exceptional presentation skills.

  • Experience managing external consultants.

  • Relevant masters degree in sustainability

  • A good understanding of the real estate sector and broadly what a real estate advisory business does.

  • In-depth knowledge of ESG trends as they relate to real estate.

  • High profile in the real estate sector.
