Acre is pleased to have been retained on an exclusive basis by an exciting, high-profile property developer for a Senior Health Safety and Resiliency Manager. This company delivers some of the best mixed-use developments in the UK: They develop and manage some of the most high profile commercial, residential, education, cultural and community developments in the country's largest cities.

Reporting directly to the Head of Health and Safety you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of the company's strategic Health, Safety & Resiliency agenda through their portfolio of projects in construction and asset operation, in a highly autonomous role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who is curious, innovative and wants to work for a fast-paced entrepreneurial organisation.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Identify, agree, and support delivery of ambitious HS&R objectives with individual Projects and Assets - with a bias for Commercial environments.

  • Work with individual Development and Asset Manager to optimise HS&R performance for their operations and contractors / managing agent

  • Deliver the H&SR training programme for Relate Argent, ensuring suitability of learning ad development for diverse roles across the business.

  • Identify and pilot new technologies that de-risk our portfolio or add value in enhancing the health and wellbeing out our occupiers and visitors.

In order to succeed in this role:

  • You will have the ability to genuinely engage and energise a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in HS&R - architects, lawyers, project managers, even the tax team.

  • You will Own and deliver on great HS&R ideas - from concept, funding, project management through to delivery in the field.
