As a Senior Manager Sustainability with James Hardie,

-You will be working with a dynamic team in an established, market-leading global company that is rapidly expanding its operations

-You will be proactively driving forward a concrete strategy with measurable outcomes in order to increase sustainability performance

-You will enjoy autonomy over the design, implementation, and management of projects and initiatives

-You will directly engage stakeholders across all levels of the business, up to board level

As the ideal candidate, you will have,

-A university degree relating to science, engineering, chemistry

-Professional experience in the field of sustainability, corporate climate protection, materials value chains, industrial product decarbonisation, circularity, EU regulation

-Experience in a manufacturing environment or in a related field in consultancy

-A thorough understanding of sustainability reporting, carbon footprinting and GHG emissions

-The ability to prioritise, define critical KPIs, measure & analyse, implement and oversee what needs to change

-Fluency in English and German

-Comfortable in a fast-paced disruptive environment where decisions are taken quickly and effectively
