ADEC Innovations' flagship business and product, CleanChain, is looking for a Senior Programme Manager to develop and manage the multi-stakeholder programmes across the business. This position is based outside of London with flexible working available.

CleanChain is an environmental assurance platform, focusing on the textile and apparel sectors. The platform automates the complex tasks of tracking. managing and reporting compliance across the supply chain. Currently the business has 13 international brands using the platform across their supply chain to measure and assess things like water, waste, air and greenhouse gas pollution. CleanChain also works with Multi Stakeholder Initiatives to create bespoke software solutions, tailored to their members specific supply chain needs.

The Senior Programme Manager will be responsible for managing CleanChain's multi-stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities include retention, account management and working cross functionally with internal resource teams to ensure the customer's needs are met. In addition to helping design technology and data solutions for the customers, this role will ensure the stakeholder needs are appropriately defined, budgeted, resourced and coordinated and that project risks are identified and mitigated.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program design and management, team management, budget management and reporting and the ability to manage multiple, interrelated technology projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidates will be mission-driven and have experience with responsible supply chains, social impact or environmental sustainability.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborating closely with software product and project managers, services and bureau managers to ensure projects are appropriately resourced and remain within scope, budget and schedule

  • Working with the key account manager to ensure client expectations and priorities are understood and managed

  • Developing new plans and roadmaps to support the strategic direction of multi-stakeholder sustainability programmes

  • Developing project budgets and operating plan

  • Developing social and environmental impact evaluation and measurement frameworks to assess program impacts and strengths and identify areas for improvement

  • Programme management across a team with a diverse array of cultures and nationalities, professional experiences, talents and responsibilities across wide range of geographies.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in program management and managing multiple, parallel, inter-related technology projects

  • Proven stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with Agile Technology Development process

  • Proven experience managing a team

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
