Senior Sales Manager

Creating Comprehensive Commercial Proposals:

The ideal candidate possesses
5-8 years of sales experience, including account management and sustainable growth strategies.
Proficiency in carbon offset mechanisms, the voluntary carbon market, and climate issues with a focus on forestry projects (AFOLU, REDD+, ARR, Blue Carbon).
Success in sustainability within a carbon offset provider, with a track record of major program sales or significant tenders.
A robust network ready to shape the carbon offset and sustainability landscape.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills demonstrated through capacity to close deals.
Commitment to driving positive change through proven experience in realizing investments.
Detail-oriented, organized, with a dynamic and committed personality.
Creative mindset and proactive approach
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent English is required, and B2-level French is a plus.
Master's degree in business, engineering or related field
Is based in Paris or is open to relocating there with the possibility of a hybrid work set-up
