Our Senior Supply Chain Standards Program Manager has key organisational responsibility for contributing to the development and credibility of the MSC's Chain of Custody Standards which form the foundation of the MSC's sustainable seafood eco-labelling program, with thousands of certificate holders across the globe.

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated individual with a background in complex supply chains (seafood experience desirable but not essential), an environmental discipline, or a subject with relevance to operational processes or systems.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in technical auditing or a Standard development role;

  • A comprehensive understanding of the risks associated with complex supply chains and how these impact eco labelling programs, with demonstrable experience in balancing these risks with the successful development and implementation of practical but robust solutions;

  • Line management experience;

  • The ability to manage multi-stakeholder conversations, address challenges and move projects forward by facilitating proactive discussion and developing consensus, and;

  • A second language, in addition to English, would be beneficial.

The MSC is committed to flexible working, We are currently running a trial for hybrid working, and the successful candidate will need to work from our UK office for a minimum of 50% of their working time each month.
