A leading advisory and strategy consultancy based in London, are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join their dynamic team.

Our client is set up to help major corporations navigate in the 'all change' era. They work with companies across multiple sectors around the world to succeed in the transformation of their business and offer a unique proposition at the intersection of strategy and communications.

​

The main responsibilities are:

  • Acting as the lead consultant on a range of sustainability and ESG challenges covering areas such as strategy, goal/target-setting, materiality, ESG strategy, ESG ratings alignment, stakeholder engagement

  • Working as a core part of the client delivery teams, with day to day interaction with major clients and responsibility for significant workstreams as part of these client mandates

  • Preparing strong presentations, research materials and written reports

  • Briefing and managing other consultants, researchers/analysts and managing their work and their outputs

  • Preparing for, attending and co-leading senior level meetings, workshops and engagements with clients and other stakeholders

  • Actively contributing to company thought leadership, events and marketing initiatives

Experience Required:

  • Track record of delivering complex projects either as lead or co-lead for major corporations - projects ideally including strategy, materiality/issues prioritization , target-setting, ESG alignment

  • Experience in some of the key dimensions of the current aspects of corporate sustainability/ESG

  • Experience working with some of the frameworks and standards frequently used by corporates and investors (SASB, GRI, TCFD, Science-Based Targets, UN Global Compact, UN Sustainable Development Goals etc.)

  • Able to engage with and influence senior decision makers and stakeholders
