Due to huge growth opportunities in the organisation and market, we are searching for two Senior Development Consultants, who are subject matter experts to redevelop supply chain strategy and unlock value for blue-chip clients.
You will be expected to lead the development and delivery for a range of sustainability services and have specialism and expertise in one or several topics, including but not limited to:
Digitalisation, Blockchain, QR Codes and IOT, ideally within supply chain
Sustainability strategy services including, benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, materiality analysis and digital transformation
Sustainability report writing and product assurance
Carbon footprinting and carbon reduction within supply chains
Sustainability training and capacity building, green bonds & responsible investment advisory, through to enterprise risk management
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams as well as helping to grow the business and create new service lines for their global client base. You will have the opportunity to lead innovative sustainability programmes that will have a global impact.
Identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions and selling these to new and existing clients
Developing and delivering projects, ensuring they are executed to clients' expectations, on time, on budget and in line with quality standards
Leading and communicating effectively with your project teams and clients
Introducing services from your own/existing discipline(s) to new clients and new services to existing clients
Writing thought leadership for the team to be published internally and externally
