  • Create or recommend initiatives and abatement models for achieving or informing corporate goals for energy reduction, green energy adoptions, or GHG reduction, including progress toward Net Zero goals or Science Based Targets (SBTs)

  • Formulate or review client communications for sustainability performance aligned to key industry reporting platforms, such as CDP, DJSI, GRI, GRESB, and various federal and state/local disclosure programs, inclusive of project management, stakeholder interviews, drafting, and submittal.

  • Research, screen, store and communicate emerging information and trends relating to global sustainability initiatives such as environmental and carbon legislation, renewable and efficiency incentives, and reporting programs

  • Coordinate, inform and partner with multi-disciplinary teams within the organization to help coordinate service and solutions delivery

  • Develop and sustain relationships with regulatory entities, vendors and product/service companies

  • Domestic and international travel will be necessary (5-15%)

You will be joining an international, dynamic, and responsible company that fosters the development of all its people around the world and empowers them to achieve more and experience exciting careers in an environment shaped by innovation, strong values, and purpose.

Key Requirements:

  • Higher education degree in Sustainability or Environmental Sciences, Energy, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical field, Master's degree in Sustainability or Business, preferred

  • You have 7+ years of related professional/consulting experience and an interest in pursuing a career in sustainability

  • Fluent in German and English with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Project management experience and a proven track record in developing, managing, and executing client solutions

  • High commitment to company vision, values and excellent client service

  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple complex projects in diverse areas

  • Advanced computer experience in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a focus on creating high-quality, high-impact client deliverables

This a great opportunity if you have some sales experience and have the passion to work directly with clients. The company will support you and enable you to create a successful career path and grow into the new sustainable energy Management position.

The opportunity offers a competitive salary with a very attractive bonus plan and benefits package, a strong collaborative culture, and a global positive reputation and leadership recognition in the energy and sustainability services marketplace.
