Are you looking to work at a specialised financial advisory firm helping clients in the ESG and sustainability space?

We are working with a well-known Sustainable Finance consulting firm looking for an SFDR and EU Taxonomy specialist, who would come on board to work alongside fellow consultants and analysts to create meaningful impact across multiple projects such as SFDR disclosures, Principle Adverse Indicators, and EU taxonomy alignment, among others.

The role sits within the ESG & Sustainability practice based in Amsterdam, serving clients in the Asset Management and Private Equity space globally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the ESG Governance and Regulation Senior Management with developing client solutions to meet regulatory requirements, spanning both advisory and platform-based approaches.

  • Acting as an active thought leader in the transition to sustainable business practices, constantly developing and expanding the client's knowledge on various areas of the sustainability landscape.

  • Direct client interaction and proactive support in business development activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of consultancy experience and working knowledge in ESG reporting and regulatory landscape as it relates to investment management, particularly with respect to EU and UK regulation, and specific experience with SFDR and/or Taxonomy.

  • University degree in finance, business, economics, or engineering.

  • Strong report writing and verbal skills and ability to communicate complex ideas.

  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus

  • Eligible to work in the Netherlands
