To excel in the role, you will bring:
Strategic thinking and implementation. Able to deliver strategy and implement it on the ground.
Leadership skills. Managing a small team as well as influencing external stakeholders is critical.
Business acumen. As well as the ability to lead social mobility, understanding finances and associated business responsibilities is key.
Experience of working with charities, local authorities, and corporate leaders to build relationships across a range of stakeholders.
This is a unique opportunity for you to lead a team dedicated to changing the lives of the community in one of London's busiest districts. Our client has demonstrated a clear commitment to new initiatives, and you will be empowered to ensure social mobility is achieved.
