Our client, a leading speciality chemicals company is seeking to hire a Sustainability Communications Lead to be responsible for the communications strategy, working closely with the Sustainability Manager and wider team.

You will also be responsible for the development of the annual Sustainability report as well as:

  • Driving continuous improvements of the sustainability strategy by engaging with global headquarters

  • Developing market intelligence to understand industry/customer sustainability needs and value propositions

  • Coordinating community activities and related engagement of colleagues

  • Project managing the creation of the sustainability report

  • Ensuring the sustainability strategy is clearly communicated throughout the business

As the Sustainability Communications Lead, you have experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies, communication strategies, commercial awareness, and business acumen in a sustainability context, as well as experience within the chemicals industry.

You will also bring:

  • Excellent engagement, influencing, and networking skills

  • Strong commitment to safety and quality values

  • Proven project management skills
