Sustainability Executive - Real Estate

Acre is delighted to be working with one of the most prestigious Real Estate and Development organisations in the UK, with an extremely impressive portfolio. We are supporting them to hire a Sustainability Executive to be part of their growing sustainability team. This role is based in central London, with the expectation to be based in the office 2-3 days per week, or more if desired by the candidate.

As part of the Sustainability team, in partnership with the Development team, you will be advising and promoting sustainable design and construction across their extensive development pipeline comprising of offices, retail and mixed-use Masterplans.

​

You will be creating a vital link between the organisations commitment to sustainability and desire to be industry leaders in their development pipeline, ensuring products and delivery reflect their aspirations in all aspects of the programme.

​

This role plays a key part in developing and implementing the company's industry leading sustainability programme, supporting the delivery of healthy and net zero carbon buildings.

You will be working on some of the most innovative,

Your experience:

• 2-3 years' experience within sustainability or environmental roles

• Literate in carbon reporting, modelling experience would be ideal but not essential, however a general understanding is needed.

• Real Estate or Construction experience is ideal but not essential.

• Gravitas to deal with senior stakeholders
