Driven by the CEO and Chief Procurement & Sustainability Officer, Solina have assembled a Sustainability task-force inside the company and are looking for a Sustainability Integration Manager to implement the company's sustainability transformation, drive uptake across the Solina family, and work with customers to deliver truly sustainable food solutions.

  • To be successful in this role, you should have: Broad professional exposure to a variety of sustainability topics, ideally gained within a manufacturing and production environment, or in a sustainability consultancy firm

  • Experience of delivering sustainability transformations in a complex business environment

  • Strong engagement skills, with evidence of uniting a wide range of stakeholders

  • A multicultural / international outlook and a willingness to travel across Europe as needed
