Acre has been engaged on an exclusive basis by one of the world's largest professional services firms, to identify their new Sustainability Manager. Based in the City of London (with home working flexibility), this individual will develop and oversee the effective delivery of the UK Property Management Sustainability strategy, in conjunction with the European Head of Sustainability, the UK Property Management Board and the wider UK Real Estate business.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the Pan European Sustainability strategy in conjunction with the International Head of Sustainability, the UK Property Management Board and the UK Real Estate Head of Sustainability.

  • Work closely with the International Head of Sustainability, to identify revenue streams for services on a tailored country-by-country basis, ensuring compliance with local legislation.

  • Liaise with UK Property Management Country Head regarding Sustainability financial target.

  • Produce a UK Sustainability Business Plan, focussing both on the existing UK PM obligations that form part of the Property Management business as well as a specific commercial business plan to identify client needs and revenue streams.

  • Contribute to the marketing and communication of the Pan European Sustainability strategy of the PM business line.

  • Identify the potential UK and Pan-European clients.

  • Develop and implement a resourcing model to deliver projected revenues.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Established real estate sector knowledge & experience

  • Background of winning and sustaining client relationships

  • Previous sustainability consulting experience

  • The ability to influence at a senior level and act as a role model to colleagues and support the development of key talent.

  • Have the ability to participate in the identification and shaping of the change agenda across the company and lead the implementation of key sustainability initiatives
