With sustainability at the heart of their business, our client, Europe's leading property management firm, is in their search for a Sustainability Manager to join their London team.

Working directly alongside the Director of Sustainability, you will join a small, high-performing team of technical sustainability professionals and be fundamental in delivering their net-zero carbon strategy and a range of high-profile sustainability programmes across their UK and European assets.

This is an opportunity to make a HUGE impact across their large and complex portfolio.

As the Sustainability Manager, you will:

  • Delivering the technical sustainability strategy, including contributing to the business plan for several of the key workstreams

  • Supporting the development of ideas and strategies to commercialise, generate income and add value

  • Managing, automating and improving the data and reporting processes

  • Working alongside the relevant internal team as well as managing a number of consultants independently to ensure delivery of a wide range of projects such as environmental management, land contamination, Energy Performance Certifications and biodiversity.

This will be an opportunity to lead and deliver across flagship projects across the UK and Europe, allowing the successful candidate to deliver impact whilst offering the opportunity for some European travel.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to operate across an organisation at all levels and across Europe.

  • Strong knowledge of the GHG Protocol, Net Zero Carbon, Science-Based Targets and Race to Zero.

  • A can-do attitude and enjoy owning projects from start to finish

  • An understanding of the real estate and built environment
