Sustainability Manager (BREEAM)

Acre is delighted to once again be supporting a key client, a prestigious Property and Construction business based in London, responsible for numerous iconic and influential construction and civil engineering projects.

This role is an urgent 12-month initial contract, paying a day rate of £300.

​

BREEAM will be a core focus of the role, including work on Code For Sustainable Homes.

​

You will be responsible for delivering sustainability through all project developments with focus on working with all project teams to agree and implement high sustainability performance targets for projects in the organisations pipeline.

​

You will act as the sustainable construction expert reference for the project teams, requirement a high level of knowledge and awareness.

​

This roles primary objectives for project specific responsibilities includes engaging with the project teams as necessary to ensure that the EMS ifs fully implemented and delivering the requirement levels of environmental performance, with the overall goal of maximising the BREEAM / LEED / CfSH rating for the project.

​

BREEAM experience on Construction projects is critical for this position.

​

This is an urgent role with an ASAP start. The successful candidate will also be required to be in London 4 days a week to meet and work with project stakeholders, with 1 day working from home (from June 21 providing the government guidelines allow).
