VP of Strategy, Integration & Transformation

This is a highly visible position working with top-tier leadership. To ensure success, you will bring an understanding of where to establish relationships and invest in the market in order to create pathways towards low-carbon energy and infrastructure, serving both industry and the consumer markets.

You will be an effective communicator and experienced strategist, comfortable engaging with corporate leadership and the c-suite on complex topics across the renewables and sustainable infrastructure space.

You will:

• Bring the experience of presenting to leadership on market performance and climate technology applications across key regions

• Be able to analyse, develop and implement integrated regional energy strategies and roadmaps

• Demonstrate strong people skills and be capable of leading and motivating a successful team of experts

We are looking for a diverse range of project and regional experience, so having worked as a consultant is a must.

Reporting to the SVP Strategy and working closely with sustainability leadership and the CEO's Office, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the development and implementation of the business's regional strategies

• Working on ways to accelerate activity that contributes to the organisation's wider climate objectives, in partnership with M&A

• Spotting and assessing emerging energy transition trends which could influence the business strategy
