As part of our ambitious growth plans, Acre is recruiting an Assessment and Development Coach to support the end-to-end delivery of our non-technical competency assessment and development service; Acre Frameworks. Central to this role is the confident delivery of a wholistic non-technical development service, incorporating in-depth feedback sessions using the Acre Frameworks competency reports, one-to-one behavioural development coaching as well as the design and delivery of impactful team workshops to help our clients realise ambitious personal and organisational objectives. Used by some of the world's best and most progressive health and safety teams, Acre Frameworks is now in its third year and continues to evolve according to market demands as the only solution of its kind. About the Assessment and Development Coach role:
  • You'll play a key part in delivering our core service, the Acre Frameworks Fundamentals and Leadership reports; interpreting the Occupational Personality Questionnaire in a fresh and insightful manner and helping our clients to achieve maximum value from our bespoke competency reportsYou'll present these insights via the Acre Frameworks dashboard to both individuals and teams, confidently articulating participant strengths and limiting behaviours as well as identifying key team trends that will inform and shape our client's organisational training and development plans
  • You'll coach clients across our diverse client portfolio, ensuring they are equipped with the non-technical skills to make strides towards achieving their personal and professional development objectives
  • You'll manage valuable client accounts with care and precision; ensuring they are achieving the maximum value that the Acre Frameworks service has to offer
  • You'll collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the Acre brand is capitalising on opportunities open to us in our market and developing our offering in new and impactful ways
About you:
  • You'll have experience presenting information in a clear and articulate manner to both internal and external stakeholders; individuals and teams alike
  • You'll have a sincere interest or academic background in Psychology and will be dedicated to supporting others in their development
  • You'll have the ability to build successful relationships at all levels of seniority, and will enjoy working as part of a team to deliver an excellent and timely service
  • You'll use your initiative and manage your time and workload both sensibly and effectively to ensure a quality service is delivered and deadlines are met
  • You'll have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating drive, work ethic, and a constant desire to improve
  • You'll have the behavioural insight and adaptability required to demonstrate flexibility in accommodating the unique needs of each client effectively
  • You'll have the entrepreneurial flair required to succeed in an agile business; identifying viable revenue streams that align with our company mission
