As the Business Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the development of Earth's growing and diverse client base, identifying, prospecting and nurturing new business prospects and working closely with the MD to deliver pitches, creating compelling tailored proposals and developing commercial relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with senior business decision makers, CMOs, Directors of CR and Corporate Affairs Directors, understanding their business requirements, and challenges.
  • Converting positive engagements with prospective clients into business opportunities
  • Understanding and being able to propose Earth's unique service offering and portfolio
  • Utilising Earth's CRM system to keep up to date information on prospective client engagement and leads
  • Monitoring and analysing competitor strategy and performance

Requirements include:

  • Prior experience in a relationship management/business development/sales position
  • Self-motivated and results driven approach
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
  • Adept at workload prioritization and meeting deadlines
  • Collegiate and professional team player
