The International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) is the global coalition promoting value creation as the next step in the evolution of corporate reporting.

Shaped by a diverse coalition including business leaders and investors, The IIRC aims to drive a global evolution in corporate reporting by supporting businesses to align capital allocation and corporate behaviour to wider goals of financial stability and sustainable development, their ultimate aim to transform the way business creates value.

The global <IR> Business Network facilitates the pace and scale of integrated reporting, offering participants the chance to explore integrated reporting, think holistically about their strategy, make informed decisions and manage key risks to build investor and stakeholder confidence.

The manager of this network will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing the global <IR> Business Network programme, in liaison with IIRC's management team, including recruitment, retention and expansion of participants
  • Working closely with IIRC's management team to contribute to the wider success of the global integrated reporting movement and the IIRC's global strategy
  • Implementation of the <IR> Business Networks ongoing programme of activities
  • Overseeing its maintenance and administration, including targeting programmes, renewals, invoicing and maintaining accurate records
  • Support relationship management between the IIRC and third-party organizations principally relating to the activities of the <IR> Business Network
  • Engagement with its participants on relevant topics, including networking events, webinars and other activities

This position will suit a creative thinker, accomplished in shaping and delivering innovative solutions who is self-motivated with a strong commercial aptitude.

Candidate specification:

  • Informed understanding of the corporate reporting landscape
  • Proven experience in business and confident delivering against targets
  • Strong aptitude for relationship management within a corporate / professional environment, with experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
  • Established project management skills; comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst managing a range of priorities
