Acre is delighted to partner with Tritax Management LLP in their search for a founding Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Manager.

Tritax Group is a market-leading property fund management house with over £3.3 billion assets under management, consisting of over 27 million square feet.

As the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Manager, you will have the rare opportunity to create a new CR function while continuing to build Tritax's reputation in sustainability and ESG.

Tritax take an innovative approach to creating new commercial property investments, combining in-house expertise with a wider network of trusted external specialists and joint venture partners; this collaborative and dynamic approach will be a key tool in the CR&S Manager's repertoire, building upon existing sustainability and community initiatives and engagement to establish the overarching CR strategy.

Working closely with key partners you will be responsible for:

  • Establishing priority areas for each fund under management and defining action plans and KPIs to achieve commitments
  • Delivering sustainability and ESG related reporting, including submissions to industry benchmarks such as GRESB and EPRA
  • Developing an engagement framework for internal and external stakeholders, including responsibility for key communications and a dedicated CR webpage
  • Spearheading creative community engagement initiatives across staff, tenants and local communities under an overarching strategy which aligns with Tritax's wider ambitions

You will join an ambitious multi-disciplinary team of 32 with over 250 years of collective experience who aspire to be one of the most respected and successful property fund managers in the UK.

You will have:

  • An engaging and creative approach to corporate responsibility and the ability to influence and inspire key stakeholders
  • A demonstrable track record in delivering non-financial reporting and governance within a related industry
  • A drive to stay ahead of the curve paired with the ability to consult with the wider business on new policy and legislation which will influence future sustainability and CR considerations
  • Excellent written and verbal communications; able to build and rally a network of champions to deliver successful corporate responsibility programmes

This exciting new role presents an opportunity to mold a corporate responsibility function across two market leading PLCs (Tritax Big Box REIT plc and Tritax EuroBox plc) investing in large distribution hubs; the backbone of the new retail revolution.
