Acre is pleased to be working with a multinational financial services organisation in their search for a CSR and Sustainability Coordinator.

Working closely with the wider CSR team, you will be responsible for developing, evolving and supporting the delivery of a variety of volunteering, fundraising and community programmes alongside measuring, evaluating and optimising the effectiveness of the organisations sustainability programmes and activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contributing to evolving the CSR & Sustainability agenda driving change and evolving programmes and initiatives
  • Coordinating internal stakeholders to drive the delivery of our community programmes ensuring these deliver against the company's aims and ambition
  • Supporting the delivery of high quality, high impact sustainability activities that contribute toward the agreed Sustainability/CSR objectives and goals
  • Supporting the delivery of the Sustainability Report and Strategic Report
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the online platform to drive automation, simplification, standardisation and data quality for beneficiaries reporting and CSR/community/volunteering activities tracking and reporting

Based in the Milton Keynes head office, this role offers a unique opportunity to work across a wide range of programmes with scope for real impact.

Requirements include:

  • Must have a good understanding of how to deliver and Project Manage the sustainability reporting process and non-financial disclosures in line with GRI standards
  • Experience of monitoring and evaluation of CSR & sustainability using digital technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable good analytical skills
  • Understanding of ethical/responsible banking/ ESG issues
