Digital Skills and Sustainability Platform Manager

Reporting into Senior Manager, Digital Skills Campaigns, you will be creating and managing the engaging new digital platform where the entire Digital Impact & Sustainability (DI&S) campaign 'Be Tomorrow' will be led and hosted. As the individual who defines the scope and works with an agency partner to deliver the platform, you will be essential to ensuring BT's internal and external community have access to and can develop digital skills.


  • Define the scope, build and delivery of the platform working with an agency partner
  • Ensure the platform is up to date with engaging and informative content, working closely with the SME, families and Older/Vulnerable leads
  • Promote the platform as the main portal to access all digital skills content and learning tools
  • Develop strong relationships with external partners, enabling delivery of co-branded work and taking ownership of execution

You will project manage the delivery of an industry leading platform upon which the entire Digital Skills agenda is hosted, providing the tools and guides to inspire generations of all age groups around Digital Skills.

Experience Required:

  • A track record in project managing and delivering a digital platform, with a degree of IT acumen
  • Substantial stakeholder engagement skills, ensuring alignment of internal and external partners to desired delivery plans
  • Ability to coordinate multifaceted information streams and translate into an engaging user-friendly platform
  • Strategic planning skills with the ability to drive and ensure delivery
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, with the capacity to influence and inspire others
