Digital Skills Campaign Manager

Forming part of a brand-new team, you will be responsible for the execution of BT's flagship new Digital Impact and Sustainability campaign 'Be Tomorrow', applying long term strategic planning skills ensuring all timing and delivery is coordinated effectively. You'll be a crucial part of disseminating BT's Digital Impact and Sustainability intentions across all internal and external stakeholders.


  • Accountable for the grid for the various campaigns forming 'Be Tomorrow' ensuring all timings and delivery are coordinated
  • Coordinate content creation and generation working closely with stakeholders responsible for the SME, Community and Older/Vulnerable programmes
  • Create and manage relationships with other internal stakeholders, working closely with customer marketing teams
  • Act as an advisor and ambassador for BT with external partners, building relationships to ensure successful delivery of programmes

You will have ownership and responsibility for the timing and delivery of the campaigns which support the ambitious goals of 'Be Tomorrow', inspiring audiences around the value of Digital Skills and providing the tools to upskill.

Experience Required:

  • A track record in project managing and delivering innovative and highly engaging campaign(s)
  • Ability to coordinate multifaceted information streams and sub-campaigns
  • A natural capacity to build strong and symbiotic relationships with internal stakeholder
  • Delivery focussed with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, with the capacity to influence and inspire others to deliver
