Director of Sales, Sustainable Investment/ESG | San Francisco
An innovative asset manager and significant thought leader in sustainable investment have partnered with Acre to appoint a Director of Sales- Sustainable Investment/ESG to cover its significant North American client base.
This is an opportunity to enable the movement of capital into global investment strategies that focus on the transition to a sustainable economy.
With an impressive track record of out-performance, this appointment will involve three main responsibilities:
Sales, raising assets from new and existing clients
Client relationship management and
A product specialist remit for one specific strategy
Essential is a track record of raising capital and an appreciation of the fund-raising environment & the ability to demonstrate proven effectiveness in sales.
Skills in client management and being effectiveness as a product specialist are preferred but may also be developed once appointed.
The ideal candidate will have established relationships with major institutional clients across the Americas ie. pension funds, foundations, endowments, single and multi-family office groups.
Any experience in ESG / sustainable investment / sustainable finance is highly advantageous.
