We are delighted to be working on this new mandate for one of the most progressive groups in the sustainable investment space. Following their integration of ESG across their investment platforms we are now supporting the growth of a new suite of high conviction Equity products focused on harnessing the opportunity that sustainability investing represents for their clients.

These funds will be supported by an exceptional research team containing some of the leading sustainability strategists from the world of business, science, and financial markets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the global sustainable equity portfolio
  • Focusing on a value-based investment strategy with a medium to long term horizon underpinned by thematic sustainability research and analysis
  • Leading the investment process for thematic sustainable equity funds
  • Leading relevant market and research analysis to support the asset allocation decision.
  • Ensuring investments are supported with an in-depth fundamental analysis
  • Jointly networking with external counterparties, representing the firm in training & specific forums

Experiences sought

  • A minimum of 5-year experience in a role as Portfolio Manager in equities
  • Documented experience in successfully managing an equity portfolio with a drive their investment strategy through the development of propriety research with a sustainability focus
  • Strong analytical skills in fundamental valuations, based on company and economic analysis.
  • An open and dynamic personality, who can work independently and take responsibility.
  • Influential - ability to lead, motivate & inspire others
