We are now seeking an Ethical Trade Programme Co-ordinator, based in Bangalore, to lead on the analysis of data and process coordination for the Ethical Trade and Sustainability team in India and Sri Lanka. This is a great opportunity to support continual improvement across the sector, with scope for real impact.


  • Supporting the on-boarding of new factories including managing the extranet, key documentation and communications with all relevant departments and stakeholders
  • Managing external communications around issues concerning labour standards and ethical trade, supporting suppliers, buyers, factories, auditors and the internal Ethical Trade Team
  • Providing admin and communications support as required
  • Supporting the team in reporting and tracking of documents and reports
  • The successful candidate will always be a team player and operate with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

    You will have:

    • Computer literate with proficiency in database systems, especially an analytical and detail-focussed approach
    • Experience of working with and reporting from databases and using judgement and discretion to work appropriately with sensitive and confidential data
    • Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills with a keen sense of detail and accuracy
    • The ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of international stakeholders including senior leadership, internal functions and external partners
    • A proven ability to build positive relationships and productive networks
    • Fluency in English, Tamil and Hindi (written & spoken)
