Families & Communities Digital Skills Manager

Families and communities are at the heart of BT's flagship programme to upskill 10 million people in digital skills by 2025. As part of a newly created team, you will be responsible for delivering content to families and building key partnerships focused on upskilling parents to safeguard and empower themselves and their families online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of BT's digital skills programmes and above the line campaigns for over 30 million UK consumers
  • Drive the enhancement of BT brand perception and engagement through meaningful and impactful programmes
  • Inspire multi-company collaboration to tackle tough issues such as online bullying and child safety
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive key programme messaging and support through consumer channels

Your Experience:

  • Commercial acumen and a solid understanding of consumer brands campaigns
  • A collaborative working style with strong capacity to manage and influence a range of stakeholders
  • A proven track record of developing strategic communications plans
  • Strong project management and multi stakeholder engagement skills
