Acre is delighted to be working in partnership with Impactt to recruit a Marketing and Engagement Manager. In this newly created role, reporting to the Head of Strategic Engagement, you will be playing an integral role in the implementation of Impactt's Commercial Strategy, responsible for developing, delivering and monitoring marketing activity to accelerate the business growth.
Leading on developing external and internal facing marketing materials, including newsletters, infographics, reports, social media content and the website redesign project
Plan, prepare and implement a calendar of external facing events to engage current and prospective clients and stakeholders
Assisting in driving the implementation of Impactt's Commercial Strategy, working closely with clients to build commercial relationships and grow mutually beneficial partnerships.
Developing market intelligence research on industries and sectors where Impactt's work could be utilised.
Managing the design, drafting and production of engaging content.
In this role you'll also work closely with the consulting team, developing research and intelligence, securing speaking engagements at industry events, and meeting with clients to support business growth.
Commercially minded, you will have experience marketing new products and services internationally, with a demonstrable business development track record
Competent with copywriting, content creation, graphic design and web technologies
Experienced communicating with a diverse range of clients, including businesses leaders and service users within a cross cultural context.
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to skilfully negotiate and influence others, and build good working relationships internally and externally;
Previous experience within the corporate responsibility, sustainability or ethical trade sectors would be advantageous
