Due to internal promotions, we are now looking for a new 'get-up-and-go' office manager to join the central team and provide support across our business. As the Office Manager based in our London HQ, you'll be supporting a business of 36 people… but we're growing!

A typical day could look like:

  • Credit control and finance administration (including invoicing, updating ledgers and payment queries)
  • Ensuring the day-to-day efficiency of the office is running smoothly - greeting our clients with a smile!
  • Managing relationships, including office suppliers and service providers
  • Assisting with consultant and director administration as necessary
  • Supporting with project / proposal delivery on an ad hoc basis

The ideal candidate will be:

  • An excellent communicator, a genuine people person!
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
  • A problem solver and someone who has the ability to multi-task
  • Pragmatic (from the dishwasher to the boardroom!)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is preferable but not mandatory
