A world leading advocate for responsible investment is looking to hire an Operations Manager to join the team responsible for the company's stakeholder relationship management activities. The company's focus is to advance the understanding and integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors across the spectrum of the investment community so that the investment implications of sustainability topics such as resource scarcity, income inequality and climate change, are better factored into investments and capital markets. The successful candidate will bring skills of operational excellence to enable and support the network of relationship managers in achieving high performance in their respective roles, on a global scale. Role responsibilities include:
  • Leading on strategic and ad hoc projects
  • Enhancing the efficiency of communication delivery of new industry research and developments
  • Designing and managing a relationship management framework and KPI monitoring tool
  • Oversight and management of three direct reports
  • Assisting the COO in the delivery of the wider team's business plan and budget management
The successful individual will be keen to advance their career in operations management within a purpose driven organisation. Along with direct experience in driving operational efficiency or large-scale programme management along with a collaborative approach, advantageous is:
  • A broad understanding of global capital markets
  • Experience in strategic planning or relationship management
  • An interest in ESG and responsible investment
