In February 2019 we opened a new office in New York. We are now a thriving team of 40+ and have further ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months.
The current role can be broken down into the areas below. However, it is important to understand that the successful candidate will be required to question all of our current processes with view to enhancing our efficiency wherever possible.
Undertaking the same duties above for our USA office and ensuring smooth running of the office
The current role of the Operations Manager is working well, but can be redefined as necessary moving forward.
HR management is a function which is currently outsourced, apart from the in-house production of contracts etc. We currently use a HR Leave Management system - Cascade Go.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of c4 years office management / business support experience, preferably within a business / professional services organisation. Experience of the recruitment sector is desirable, but not essential.
An efficient organised office, tight financial control, problem free technology, intelligent database management etc will all be indicators of success in the role. Evidence of some (or all of these!) in prior experience is essential.
A vital criteria is attitude. An efficient, 'no non sense / can do' approach is crucial, whilst at the same time having a great sense of humour which fits in with a young, busy, values driven environment will be essential.
