Acre has been engaged by the world's leading supplier of critical control solutions to introduce an Aerospace Quality Engineer into the business to be based at their site in Wimborne, Dorset.

You must currently be in or have recently been working in an Aerospace Quality Engineer position as you will be working with Aerospace defence customers.

As the Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for Quality Management System compliance, ensuring effective delivery of the end product to the customer.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Execute the internal audit program ensuring adherence to various regulation requirements as well as associated customer approval, eg. EN 9100.
  • Implement and generate quality plans to meet the customers' requirements.
  • Effective Quality planning, focusing on customer specific requirements & ensuring they comply to and achieve product compliance.
  • Product and process non conformance investigations and associated route cause analysis to effectively resolve, using lean quality tools.
  • Host and manage customer audits.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • You must have experience in Quality within the Aerospace industry, ideally for a Tier 2 or 3 supplier.
  • Excellent route cause analysis and corrective action understanding.
  • Experienced using lean tools and methodologies.
  • Proven quality experience within aerospace, such as; EN9100/9110, EASA Part-21(G)/145.
