We have ambitious growth plans including international expansion and are currently looking for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to join our team as a Research Consultant.

About the Research Consultant role:

As a Research Consultant you will play a lead role in supporting our Consultants in executing search mandates for a range of companies, including some of the biggest brands in the world. You will research on behalf of our clients, before identifying and assessing candidates for their suitability against the brief. You will be working exclusively for the Banking & Finance team. Servicing the ESG & Responsible Investment industry - Acre's fastest growing sector. In this role you will: About you:
  • Excellent, proven communications and influencing skills
  • Ambition and drive to develop core business and commercial skills
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Highly presentable when representing our brand during video calls and client meetings with consultants
  • Highly conversant with the internet and preferably social media websites such as LinkedIn
  • Knowledge of the recruitment process is preferable, or ideally some post graduate work experience in a professional sales environment
  • An understanding of our markets is preferred, although is by no means essential
  • An interest in the financial sector, responsible investment, ESG or impact investing
  • Fluent spoken and written English to a high standard
  • Educated to degree level
