Acre is delighted to be working in partnership with Impactt to recruit a Senior Consultant.

In this role you'll support a wide-ranging client work in a variety of sectors worldwide, leading projects, developing products and services, and growing accounts.

By developing solutions that meet workers' and businesses needs, you'll support Impactt's mission of tackling pressing social issues, from modern slavery to empowering women.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing accurate, objective and high-quality work, making balanced, considered recommendations based on robust evidence coupled with creativity, innovation and practical thinking.
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders in a professional, objective, and clear manner, submitting reports and materials in line with agreed timelines.
  • Proactively and independently lead, manage and grow a number of medium to large clients and supporting the growth of larger accounts.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills.
  • Independently writing clear, concise, proposals to engage potential clients
  • Conducting standard fieldwork in the UK and internationally independently.

In this role you will have the opportunity to significantly develop ethical trade related skills and specialize in one or more of Impactt's core services: social audits and investigations; remediation programmes; and training and organisational change.

Your Experience:

  • 3-4 years' experience of delivering work across the ethical trade or sustainability sectors
  • Project management experience, able to work independently and manage complex challenges
  • Commercially minded, comfortable with business development including proposal writing and client meetings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness and ability to travel to other regions up to 30% of your time
  • Practical knowledge of ethical trade/responsible sourcing / the social compliance agenda beyond compliance activities
