  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships, in house and with clients
  • Developing the overall service offering and introducing innovative ways to best meet clients' current and future needs

As a Senior Consultant you will build on excellent client relationships across the industry, to accelerate the growth of the business, working the wider Fortune 500 service functions, including but not limited to the Property & Asset Management, Property & Development Services and the Corporate Occupier teams.

You will also have:

  • A degree (preferably Masters) in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Energy Management, or another relevant topic
  • Experience of working within commercial property, including an understanding of landlord and tenant relationships
  • A technical understanding of building energy audits, with an ability to advise on energy reduction measures and renewable energy technologies
  • Experience quantifying energy and water usage, waste management and recycling in buildings (either new or preferably existing)
  • An ability to communicate and engage clients such as, Property & Fund Managers, on technical issues and translating complex concepts into clear and understandable language

An applied understanding of EPCs, DECs, MEES, ESOS, BREEAM and low energy design principles is desirable.
