Acre is delighted to be working in partnership with Impactt to recruit a Senior Consultant - Ethical Auditor. You'll have an investigative and analytical mindset and the opportunity to significantly develop your audit skills and apply your knowledge to support sustainable change on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing accurate, objective and high-quality assessments and reporting the audit findings/observations
  • Communicating audit results to in a professional, objective, and clear manner to key stakeholders
  • Managing communications across the internal and external teams to ensure queries and issues are carefully considered and responded to accurately
  • Proactively and independently leading, managing and growing a number of medium to large clients and supporting growth of larger accounts.
  • Independently writing clear, concise, proposals to engage potential clients
In this role you will be conducting fieldwork in the UK and internationally, supporting Impactt's vision to improve workers' livelihoods in a way that benefits businesses and workers.

Your Experience:

  • Experience of delivering social audits in various regions, recognising the challenges and unique socio-political landscapes in play
  • Experienced managing multiple projects simultaneously, working with various clients and accounts, meeting deadlines and managing professional communications to grow trusting relationships
  • Commercially minded, comfortable with business development including proposal writing and client meetings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Willingness and ability to travel to other regions up to 40% of your time
  • Practical knowledge of ethical trade/responsible sourcing / the social compliance agenda beyond compliance activities
