The Senior Researcher Consultant will work with the Head of Research to support on senior search assignments and research projects. They will also support in the continued development and management of the research Team.

Key Responsibilities

Running executive level searches

  • You will lead on search strategy, candidate identification and acquisition for executive level positions, working closely with Acre's consultants and our clients.
  • You will support and lead on a range of market research and business intelligence projects; sometimes on behalf of our clients and sometimes to support Acre's growth plans.

Competency assessment and development

  • Acre will train you to analyse and deliver competency-based feedback using our proprietary competency assessment platform; Acre Frameworks
  • As such you will deliver competency-based feedback to help clients deliver effective interviews and make informed hiring decisions

Team management and organisation

  • You will help to recruit, train and develop new members of the Research Team
  • You will work closely with the Head of Research to manage the Research Team pipeline and workload
  • You will promote and help champion the research team's capacity and achievements across Acre
  • You will encourage best practice in the use of Acre's CRM system, search technique and other technology platforms that we utilise

Required skills and experience

You will have proven experience in a research capacity within a recruitment / executive search consultancy. As such, you will be highly resourceful and adept with a range of research tools and techniques.

You will have:

  • Exceptional project management expertise
  • A high quality and values driven approach to work, favouring collaborative and innovative methods
  • Experience of mentoring or overseeing team members - driving performance and supporting with development
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an understanding of how to influence people and situations from both a written and verbal perspective.
