Workplace Digital Skills Manager

The SME and Workplace Digital Skills Manager will drive industry engagement within BT's most ambitious community programme to date, upskilling 10 million people in digital skills by 2025.

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for driving significant change and engagement across BT's flagship Digital Impact programme by delivering campaigns and partnerships with SMEs and in the workplace in collaboration with BT's enterprise teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to build relationships across SMEs and other corporate channels
  • Build BT's networks in SME and workplace digital skills debates
  • Set and deliver against an ambitious roadmap, prioritising key deliverables which contribute towards BT's ambition to upskill 10 million people in digital skills by 2025
  • Manage partners to execute digital skills programmes and coordinate key industry events

Your Experience:

  • A natural flair for relationship building paired with knowledge of the SME space, ideally proven through a track record of commercial sales or marketing
  • A collaborative approach to hitting business objectives; able to equip and empower others
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, preferably possessing an existing network in the digital skills space
