SRI Analyst - EdenTree Acre is delighted to be working in exclusive partnership with EdenTree Investment Management (EIM) to appoint an SRI Analyst to join their award-winning investment team. EdenTree Investment Management (EIM) is a specialist investment manager, part of the Ecclesiastical Insurance Group, owned by a registered charity, the Allchurches Trust. Managing £2.7bn assets across their distinctive Amity range of ethically screened funds, EIM is a pioneer of ethical and responsible investment, at the forefront of ESG integration. SRI Analyst - edentree This is a newly created role within an expanding team, with the opportunity to study for appropriate professional qualifications such as the IMC. The successful candidate will be supporting the Head of SRI Policy and Research on research and engagement across retail, charity and institutional funds, with the opportunity to develop into the role of house lead on social ESG issues. Responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with companies on social issues such as human rights, labour rights and modern slavery
  • Thematic research and developing thought leadership on social issues
  • Carrying out initial, monitoring and ongoing company screening
  • Being a point of contact for collaboration and engagement with the UNPRI
  • Some experience in an appropriate ESG/CSR/Sustainability role, preferably with a supply chain focus
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to assimilate large amounts of information
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills, articulate and diplomatic
  • A drive to learn, with a naturally curious and collegiate nature
