Acre is excited to partner exclusively with a Fortune 500 real estate business in the search for a Sustainability Analyst who will join their world class sustainability practice.

Our client uses leading sustainability expertise to support, challenge and inspire their employees and clients to create a prosperous economy, a flourishing society and a healthy environment. They receive continued praise in the sustainability sector and in 2018 were named one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute for the tenth consecutive year.

The organisation advises investors, developers and occupiers of property around the world on all aspects of sustainability: developing their sustainability strategies; managing their risks, reporting, design and communications; driving environmental and energy performance improvements; and advising on socio-economic impacts and health & wellbeing.

2018 is proving to be another successful year for the team in which they have seen continued growth in service offerings, revenues, and impact. In recognition of these successes and having identified significant opportunities in the area of Strategic Sustainability Consulting, they are looking to invest further in the growth of the business by hiring Sustainability Analyst.

  • Planing and managing projects and engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure high quality consultancy solutions
  • Manage the collection, validation and communication of client sustainability data
  • Analysing and managing data to inform sustainability performance improvements and strategic decision making
  • Delivering accurate, high quality, engaging and client-ready outputs e.g. written and data reports

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of collection, validation and communication of client data. Although the role requires general awareness of technical sustainability issues, there is no necessity for technical property-level or energy management expertise to fulfill the role successfully.

You will also have:

  • A degree in sustainability, environmental management or related topic
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyse complex quantitative and qualitative sustainability data, draw robust conclusions and report these accurately
  • Excellent team-working, and ability to contribute towards a positive team dynamic
  • A rigorous approach and attention to detail in both quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
