Acre is delighted to lead the search for the business's first Sustainability Manager, a role which will lead the implementation of Cadogan's 10-year sustainability vision including the co-ordination of a programme to support Chelsea's 2030 commitments towards net zero.
You will be responsible for:
Leading the implementation of the newly established sustainability strategy which will underpin the business's forward-looking strategy
Managing all sustainability reporting processes and relevant agency partnerships
Project managing sustainability initiatives in partnership with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including budgeting, setting key milestones and timelines and identifying risks
Steering external engagement with Cadogan's network of strategic partners, local government agencies and sustainability leads across the built environment working collaboratively towards shared objectives

You will also have:
Deep and holistic knowledge of sustainability and corporate responsibility paired with experience of working within the property industry
A strong personal network across sustainability, community, culture and heritage as well as experience of fostering partnerships with London local government
The ability to consult with the wider business on a new policy and legislation which will influence future sustainability and CR initiatives
A proven and successful track record of implementing sustainability strategy; capable of managing a variety of projects simultaneously
A sustainability-related degree would be advantageous
