Acre is thrilled to partner with Ball Beverage Packaging in their search for a Sustainability Marketing Manager. This newly created role will work cross-functionally to develop innovative and impactful retailer and customer engagement plans by leveraging the sustainability credentials of their product, the aluminium can.

You'll be responsible for:
Establishing a European retailer engagement strategy, including trend monitoring, stakeholder mapping and narrative development
Engaging with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, resulting in stronger, more targeted proposals
Working cross functionally to establish customer sustainability engagement and action plans
Identifying opportunities to showcase at key conferences and events; developing materials accordingly with a range of stakeholders to drive commercial opportunity
Reporting into the Director of Marketing and Strategic Planning, you will be tenacious, creative and share the business's Drive for 10 vision.
You will have:
A demonstrable track record of success in Sales and Marketing with a focus on the FMCG or retail space, preferably with B2B experience
A solid understanding of Sustainability, paired with the ability to drive creative cross functional engagement by engaging effectively with a range of audiences
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer experience
Degree-level qualification in a relevant commercial or business-focused discipline
